Townsend Park will be the site of the Community Life Committee’s Harvestfest Party on Saturday, October 10 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM and feature scarecrow building and light refreshments.
New Brighton’s annual Halloween Parade will be held on Wednesday, October 21 at 6:30 PM. As in years past, the parade route will travel on Third Avenue from Sixteenth Street to Townsend Park.
Trick-or-Treat in New Brighton Borough, Daugherty Township, Fallston Borough, and Pulaski Township will be on Thursday, October 29 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
The New Brighton Farmers' Market is open for the season.
Visit the Market, in the parking lot next to Family Dollar at 1235 Fifth Avenue, for fruits and vegetables, baked goods, meat, honey, fresh-cut flowers, fully prepared meals, and bedding plants sold by local Beaver County growers and merchants.
The Market will be open every Tuesday until the end of October from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
With State Route 65 / 18 passing through the heart of the Borough, New Brighton is the perfect place to call home for your business. Currently, over 16,409 vehicles travel through the Borough’s Central Business District daily.
