The Beaver County Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association has announced that the New Brighton Farmers Market will open for the season on Tuesday, May 2, 2017. The Market will again be located in the parking lot next to Family Dollar, at 1235 Fifth Avenue, and be open from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The New Brighton Farmers Market will continue operating every Tuesday through November.
As in years past, the Market will feature fruits and vegetables, baked goods, meat, honey, fresh-cut flowers, fully prepared meals, and bedding plants sold by local Beaver County growers and merchants.
New Brighton Borough now offers a free, fast, and secure way for customers to receive and pay sanitary and refuse bills.
Customers can enjoy the benefits of receiving a paperless bill electronically and the convenience of enrolling in auto-pay, which will automatically deduct the full amount of the bill from a bank account on the bill due date.
